David MacLeod will be speaking at a free one-day seminar hosted by andPartnership, a leadership development and change management consultancy.
Nottinghamshire, UK, August 03, 2010 -- In response to the recent governmental report ‘Engaging for success’1. The co-author of the report, David MacLeod will be speaking about the correlation between employee engagement and enhanced organisational performance.

The economic situation of the past two years only reinforces the need for effective staff engagement. David Yeadle of the manufacturer’s organisation EEF suggests that “it will be hard to get through the recession without engaging your work force” and yet data suggests that only three in ten of UK employees are actively engaged with their work 2, whilst the number of highly disengaged employees has increased from one in ten to one in five in recent years3.
